Refund policy
At NADIRA KIKA™, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our product, we will find a solution for you. You may return the item within 24 hours after receiving it, but please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
To initiate a return, you must first contact us by email at info@nadirakika.com or by phone at +38345900905 to request a return. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn and unused, with all tags and original packaging intact.
Please note that certain items, such as custom-made dresses or special orders, cannot be returned since they are made to your specifications. However, you may exchange the size if it does not fit. Returns and exchanges of damaged products are not accepted. We recommend requesting live videos and pictures of the dress before shipment to ensure that it meets your expectations.

EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
- Custom-made dresses or special orders cannot be returned.
- Returns and exchanges of damaged products are not accepted.
- International orders are final sale, and the deposit payment cannot be refunded. Instead, the customer can choose to purchase another product of that value.
Please note that NADIRA KIKA™ will not calculate or collect any taxes, duties, import fees, or related charges, other than shipping costs at checkout. You are responsible for paying any applicable duties, and we will not reimburse any duties or costs resulting from your refusal or failure to pay duties.
